2024 Rates

Walleye Special - March/April

$20 per day, includes electric and usage of restroom facility. No private launch available. Must launch at city or county boat launches. 

2024 Season Dockage Rates

Please note: We do not have a private boat launch. Boats can be launched for a fee at Breakwater Harbor or City Docks, both in close proximity to Sohr's Harbor Shores.

$40.00 per foot (length of boat) season rate.

Contractual Dockage Season is typically JUNE 1 through OCTOBER 30.

Seasonal slips available from open water to ice cover. Seasonal customers may dock as soon as weather permits at no additional cost. Seasonal slips may keep their boat docked in the slough until ice starts to form. River docked boats must be removed by November 15.

For earlier docking date, please call (weather dependent, adjustments may be made). Season rental may be required for early docking dates.

Seasonal rate discounts for late docking

Dock after July 1 = 25% discount 

Dock after Aug. 1 = 50% discount

Dock after Sept. 1 = 75% discount

Monthly docking/slip rental is available pending vacancy for $10 per foot.

All Dockage Includes:

• Private Shower & Restroom
• Dockside Electricity & Water
• Free Daily Customer Vehicle Parking

Requirements:

• Completed and signed slip rental agreement
• Proof of vessel insurance
• Proof of ownership (bill of sale, title, etc.)

Please Note:

• Overnight camping is NOT allowed (mobile campers, motor homes and RVs) without written consent
• Overnight stays in your vessel are allowed, bathroom and shower accommodations available
• Trailer storage is NOT available
• All slips are open (uncovered)
